Making Purpose Visible

Join Michelle Roberts and her guest Ryan Iwamoto as they talk about how important leading with purpose is and specific tactics on how 24 Hour Home Care has made purpose visible within and outside of thier organization.

They talk about the opportunity he found when facing his own experience and helping the growing elderly population. With that experience, he knew well that there was a problem that can be solved. In this episode, listen as Ryan explains how business purpose can be made visible and personal to each individual. How it can serve as a guide, and why team involvement makes a difference in decision making. As a leader, he stands with the saying, “a lot more is lost by indecision than wrong decisions.”
